I have enjoyed PERBS' and Kerri's and RuneE's benches and decided to occasionally join them, posting a bench image for Friday. This pair is in Carroll Creek Linear Park in downtown Frederick.
Love the contrast with the red! I would love you to come visit! My Aussie bench is up.Nice to know you are part of this week's Benches on Fridays.Wishing you a happy weekend ahead.
I like this relaxing spot. The benches, grass, brickwork, decorative trash container, and nearby bridges work together nicely to invite one to sit a spell.

I participate in several weekly blogs and occasionally post my own recurring themes. Occasionally I throw in comments, kudos or complaints about the world situation. I am retired, married to a smart, talented lady who once thought we computer people were geeks and now is one of us geeks. I have a long time interest in photography. We live in Maryland, about 50 miles from Washington, DC.
My main camera is a Nikon D3100 with two zoom lenses (18-55 and 55-200).

What an interesting design for the metalwork! Very nice -- not one but two!!!!!!!
Welcome aboard the bench blogging on Fridays!
The white wicker under my mini bench is not another bench. I checked. It is more a container.
I forgot to say the white benches look lovely with the red brick wall and ground cover of red bricks too.
An unusual design - to me at least. And as Perbs says: The surround ref brick and tiles gave them a very nice "glow".
