As for the new pic - the cynic in me is going to guess it's a 9.
Our gas prices have gone down to 126.9 cents/L in most parts of the city (it was above $1.30 a litre while ago). There's about 4 litres in a gallon, with Cdn and US dollars almost par right now, so that translates to about $5.076 per gallon on either side of the border.
And we're not the most expensive gas in the country by a long shot.

Our gas prices has been slowing dropping, as of late. Still high tho...
I mooed at the cows to get them to look at me. They mooed back! =) I grew up on a dairy farm so know the cow language well. LOL
