II took this shot of the early morning sun through a red stripe of our flag. I decided to play around with PhotoShop and see what images might result. First I played around with the Filter -> Distort -> Twirl to get the second image.
Then I applied the Filter -> Artistic -> Cutout to the original image.
And finally, I added Neon glow to the cutout image.

What fun you have had with Photoshop! I love these shots! I'm going to have to give it a try -- but realizing that I'm not as talented as you are! Hope your weekend is going well -- in spite of Irene!
