Lew's definition: sly-chap-i - Self appointed clever guy.
porinker
dictionary.com - NOT a word, suggested "prinker"
wikipedia - NOT a word, suggested "porringer"
Lew's definition: por-ink-er - Bent nib on a writing instrument.
tripasm
dictionary.com - NOT a word, suggested "tropism"
wikipedia - NOT a word, suggested "trips"
Lew's definition: trip-asm - What your back has after 500 miles in the car.

I dread word verfications for exactly the same reasons you mentioned your Round 1. That's exactly why you don't see it on my blog.
Having said that I like the way you have looked at the positive part of this and come out with these cool definations. Way to go Lew...Thomas
