Day 301 - Gas prices down?

Yes! Over a dollar since the end of August. The last time I paid less than $2.50 was March 2007. The most I paid was $4.059 in July. The prices vary from station to station, but I saw several at this price today.

It's nice to finally see the prices going down - though it's still no where near what it was the last time a barrel of oil cost what it does now.

We finally saw the underside of $1 a litre a few days ago. Right now, local prices range from 94.4 to 96.9 per litre (there's about 4L per gallon, so it's still close to $4 a gallon). Talking to a friend of mine in another province, they're still above a dollar.

We never got *quite* up to $4/gal. $3.93 I think was the highest. I just saw $2.49 here too though!
