Getting startedThese men have a rather noisy method for carving wood. Start with a log 10 - 12 inches in diameter and 18 - 30 inches long, crank up the chain saw and dive right in. In a few minutes, the basic shape is done. Do a little more detail sawing and apply a little paint and you have a finished sculpture. See Marianne's post for more of their work.
