Very pretty reflections. No, the trees in my post will never sprout anything again. They, and the whole forest in that area (over 14,000 acres and almost 500 homes), were completely destroyed by the wildfire. Eventually they'll fall. There is new growth sprouting from the ground, but it will be decades before the area has live trees of that size again.
