On a clear, sunny afternoon, the windows on the shady side of Patrick Street yield great reflections of the sunny buildings. There is just a hint of the inside of the shaded restaurant.

Lew, your title made me think of the folk song, "Keep on the sunny side, always on the sunny side..." But the shady side reflections are the best.
The sunny side of the street looks catchy (Now I have the song by Sinatra in head :D)...
