Reflections - in flood waters

We had heavy rain about 2 weeks ago that flooded parts of Baker Park along Carroll Creek. In fact, the park is part of the flood control for Frederick, preventing flooding in the business district. This picture is several days after the flood and the creek was already back in is banks (in the trees at the top of this picture).

Two weeks ago I spotted this store window in Frederick. The reflections of the street scene and the buildings across the street reminded me of a collage.

The blue box and its puddle are gone, but a few warmer days and another rain gave me a new puddle in the same spot, but with a different reflection.

Around this time of year (and again in the fall) the late afternoon sun reflects off the windows of the building across the street onto the eastern side of this building.

Reflections - Outdoor necessity

This reflection greeted me as I went to get the paper after a rainy night. The blue box is now gone and was there for the convenience of the workers fixing the road.
